Adam Devermann is a ten-year veteran of the Food & Beverage Industry and since 2008 has been applying his experience to develop and manage award-winning bars, alcohol brands, and bartenders.

Adam advises, trains, manages, writes articles, holds seminars, and develops tailored programs for global spirits brands, international restaurants & bars, and distributors throughout Asia Pacific. He is the only B.A.R accredited professional in Mainland China and 1 of 250 worldwide.

Recently he has begun focusing on consulting for the bar and beverage industries full-time. Working as the Ambassador for American whiskey in China, the global chain T.G.I. FRiDAY's, China, Asia Pacific cocktail consultant for Grand Marnier, and a host of other independent bars and restaurants in China.

In 2009 Adam was Shanghai bartender of the year. He is a regular columnist for DRiNK magazine and has been quoted in GQ China, CNNGo, Ambrosia (India), amongst numerous others. He has also been the feature for multiple online and traditional media throughout in India, Tai Pei, and Beijing.

PRIMET Brand Ambassador
Finn Xiaofeng Huang, our brand ambassador, has an extensive of 15-year experience in F&B industry, including high-end restaurants, bars and clubs. As the brand ambassador of PRIMET, Finn has hands on both training and recipe developing for cocktail and coffee. Finn has worked at the legendary M on the Bund and then Bund 3, van Gogh, Ezze Beverages and Solid SX Vodka. He is also in close working relation with Pepsi and Les Roches Jin Jiang International Hotel Management College.

Pierre-Henry FAYE is established in China for now more than 6 years.

Within 3 years in Moet Hennessy Diageo China, he grew inside the company from Grand Marnier North China Brand Ambassador to Trade Development Manager China for the famous liqueur.

In this Chinese environment he build the brand the most famous medias, restaurants and clubs in China.

Thanks to his team hard work, you can now enjoy Grand Marnier Cocktails in the most beautiful places in China, such as Xiu or Migas in Beijing, W Hotel in Guangzhou, Bar Rouge, M1NT or Hyatt on the Bund in Shanghai.

The RBWA is managed by the BRAND AMBASSADOR, Roberto Jiménez through MASTER CLASSES, certifying at different levels that they have the tools to promote the culture of Ron Barceló through knowledge imparted.

During the master class it is introduced the rum history, its origins, brand history, evolution, production process and at the end it is completed by sensorial evaluation or tasting managed in which each participant have the oportunity to sensory evaluate our rums and issue their own tasting note.Each master class is adapted against the culture and idiosyncrasy of spirits consumption of each country where we are in order to let concepts and definitions get universal comprehension.

This master class will give certification to all attenders.

Born in Shenyang, Eddy Yang spent 10 Years living in the UK. He learned his bartender's craft while he worked in London Bars. In 2008, he became Bar Manager in the famous Detroit Bar. He returned to China in the early 2010 and became Beverage Manager in LAN Shanghai, and consulted in Raffle's Hotel Tianjin. In May 2011 he joined DRiNK Magazine as Business Development Manager and Resident Bartender. He is passionate about creating cocktails and helping the China Bar Industry mature; and is in charge of executing all training events with Chinese bartenders. He is particularly creative when it comes to introducing unexpected flavors into cocktail, and loves working with chefs to develop new drinks.

Eddy became the Perrier Bartender Ambassador for China in early 2013, after working 2 years with the International Perrier Mixologist Laurent Greco. Eddy successfully transmitted the Perrier mixology message during Laurent Greco’s visits to China in October 2011 and 2012, and he was selected by Laurent himself to become the Perrier Bartender Ambassador for China. He was then invited to France for a further training with Laurent Greco himself in June 2013. He will share this memorable trip with all the Chinese bartenders in the future.
